LaborIA brings together everything companies usually scatter across email, spreadsheets and messaging: leave, meals, work arrangements, health coverage, payslips and internal communications. It includes Bori, a conversational assistant that answers questions about company policies and each employee’s own data. Multiple companies use the platform while their information remains fully isolated.

Project context
The approach
Isolation is enforced through two independent layers: an application-level Eloquent Global Scope and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. The AI workflow uses hybrid semantic and lexical retrieval, bounded source context, monthly usage controls and sensitive-data detection before every request.
