Privacy policy
This page explains what data avfed.dev collects, what it is used for, and what choices you have about it. Last updated: August 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
Federico Agustín Avila Pelagatti, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for this site (avfed.dev) and the data collected through it. You can reach me at avilapelagattifederico@gmail.com.
What the contact form collects
When you fill out the contact form, your name, last name, email, subject (if provided) and message are sent from the server to my WhatsApp through a third-party API, CallMeBot, which acts as a delivery intermediary. The site does not store your message in any database: once sent, the only copy that remains is the one I receive on WhatsApp so I can reply to you.
To prevent automated spam, the source IP address is used transiently (in memory, not persisted) to limit how many submissions can be made within a time window.
Analytics
I use Vercel Analytics to see aggregated visit statistics (most-viewed pages, countries, devices). It uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use its own cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage), which never reaches the server and does not identify you.
Other third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts, downloaded directly from Google's servers when the page loads.
Your rights
In line with the principles of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326), you can ask me at any time to confirm whether I hold data about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to avilapelagattifederico@gmail.com.
